Great hotel, great staff, clean rooms. We booked a different hotel first and it was so bad that we called them at 10.30 pm and they had a room for us. Staff was super friendly, the room was clean and we and our dogs had a good night sleep. Definitely will be back.if we ever in that area again.

Clean room, close to the I-10, friendly staff, full kitchen, beds are very comfy. I highly recommend it. Im very pleased with my stay. From now on I will look for suites to stay on my trips.

This was a fabulous property. Well maintained with pleasant and professional staff, and clean and comfortable rooms. My first time but not the last to experience this brand. The rooms are the perfect size and with full kitchens and loaner resources (eg. games, blenders, etc.) you can't go wrong this is where Holliday Inn meets home. I look forward to many more vacations with you.

My wife and I travel quite frequently and we have had our ups and downs with hotels....this one was fantastic. As we usually book with a third party, check was fast and easy. We arrived after midnight....(PSA - call ahead and let them know youre gonna br a late check in, they appreciate that and you want lose you reservation) and were checked in with lightning speed. Front desk clerk was very delightful and happy. Lobby was clean and organized and very inviting. Their "vending selections" were organized well, well lighted, and easily accessible. Room was easy to find. Upon entry, we were surprised at its size. Kitchen area was well stocked and had a 10cuft fridge....these are made for the long stay, for sure. Room smelled of cleanliness. There was no musty smell that we could detect. Bathroom was clean and well organized and stocked....did I mention it was huge. We could have put a cot in there for someone if we had too. Bed was comfortable and the quilt reminded us of the weighted blankets on a cruise ship...perfect to sleep with. The bed lamps had multiple USB charging ports and plug ins. Lamps were bright, but not blinding. AC functioned great and kept the room a brisk 68°. Kitchen had everything you needed for an extended stay....even storage bowls. Price was better than some of the lower end hotels we looked at. They are very pet friendly too.

The staff members consisting of Rose, Rasheda, and Jawan were highly professional and super helpful. My wife and I had a wonderful stay. We'll be back.

I was hesitant after seeing the mixed reviews. I called in advance to talk to front desk worker about concern with rooms being clean and housekeeping. The front desk worker was very professional and pleasant on the phone as well as during check in and check out. Our room was clean and the air worked. Even walking to my room was clean. Not to discredit anyone else's experience, but I had a total different experience. Glad it was a great stay!

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Our room was very clean. I was worried based on other reviews but we had no issues with our room.The front desk clerk was pleasant and helpful. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly. The room was larger than a standard room and the beds were comfortable. The location was close to FSU. Would consider staying here in the future.

This was a suite that had a mini kitchen (room 139). There wasn't any instructions on how to use the stove and the knob was missing. The front desk clerk tried to pull a knob from another room but was unsuccessful. Thank goodness my husband had pliers to turn the timer ⏲which was the only way to turn on the stove top. Love the regular size refrigerator instead of the normal college sized one that are normally in hotel rooms.
